With the KTEG KMC400P with attached monobloc boom and OilQuick OQ80 quick coupler, we can pick up the Demarec DCC30 concrete shear in a matter of seconds and simulate the demolition live.

 

Pulverizing concrete

The Hitachi ZX300LCN-7 is also equipped with a fully hydraulic OilQuick quick coupler. The Demarec MQP30 with pulverizer bit can be used to separate concrete from reinforcing steel.

With a hydraulic crusher bucket from Rock.Zone, we can crush the concrete and thus process it further. The gap size of the crusher bucket can be adjusted as required.

Screening of the material

The crushed demolition material can either be screened using a drum screener bucket from Rock.Zone, the Rockscreener, or a shovel separator from ALLU. With the Rockscreener, the grain size can be influenced by interchangeable meshes, while the bucket separator has different interchangeable shafts for this purpose.
